What's a credit?
One credit equals one minute of recording turned into an article. Standard quality uses 1 credit per minute; Premium quality uses 2. Editing an article you've already generated doesn't cost credits — only running the AI does.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your articles stay live and editable. To generate more, you can buy a credit pack (100/$8, 500/$30, 2,000/$100) or wait for your monthly credits to reset. Paid plans never lose access to existing work.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Credit packs you buy on top don't expire while your subscription is active.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every account can start a 14-day Pro trial with all Pro features and 50 one-time credits, no credit card required. There's also a permanent Free plan if you just want the basics.
How does Team's pooled credits work?
Team plans pool everyone's credits into one shared workspace balance (250 per seat). Heavy creators and light creators even out, so you're not paying for unused per-seat credits. Team requires a minimum of 3 seats.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. Annual billing saves about 20% (roughly two months free) versus monthly.
